The core element of KOMMBOSS can be used in an easy and structured way.
Detailed information on the positions allow extensive evaluations such as
the supplements to the annual budget per federal state, lists of changes or
calculations of the total number and pay structure of positions. Plans for staff
appointments are made based on the organisational structure or the budget system
per qualifying date. The staff appointment plans and supplements are archived historically.
